Who I Am and Why I Built This

Founder
The first time I was promoted into management, no one trained me for the complexity of the role. I built what I needed, and then I watched the same thing happen to everyone around me. Organizations promote people into management without producing managers, and the programs I was brought in to install kept treating that as a training gap rather than a design one.
The Modern Manager Method builds leadership that is in tune with the conditions it has to lead inside. Growth starts in the soil, so this method digs deep.
I'm Geneèn Wright, a Workforce Strategist and Organizational Anthropologist. I use labor history and pattern literacy to help professionals and organizations decode work and design careers and teams that hold.
