Career Architecture Consulting Services

Through our consulting arm, Career Architecture, we offer professional career coaching and development services, including strategic career planning, leadership development, Essential Manager Coaching, Soft Skills Coaching, and Pause to Progress Coaching. Each engagement is governed by a separate coaching agreement.

Career Communiqué Publication and Podcast

We publish Career Communiqué, a Substack publication and podcast exploring career development, professional growth, and the history of labor as it relates to modern workplace dynamics. Subscription terms are governed by Substack's platform policies in addition to these Terms.

Digital Products

We offer digital products and services, including templates, e-books, career and soft skill-based courses, and access to our Resource Center. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. Payments

Career Architecture Consulting Services

Geneèn's rate is $350 per hour. Initial consultations are $250. A typical coaching contract includes 10 sessions, with payment for the full contract due at time of signing. Custom payment arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products

All product prices are in USD and due at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Career Communiqué Subscriptions

Subscription pricing and payment terms for Career Communiqué are managed through Substack's platform and subject to their payment policies.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Career Architecture Consulting Services

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

Contract cancellations are accepted within the initial 2 weeks, with a refund provided for unused sessions. After 2 weeks, coaching contracts are non-refundable, but unused sessions remain valid for 6 months from the contract signing date and can be rescheduled as needed within that timeframe.

In cases of documented medical emergency, family crisis, or significant financial hardship, exceptions may be considered at Geneèn's discretion.

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds on digital products, subscription services, or access to our Resource Center once access has been granted.

Career Communiqué Subscriptions

Refunds and cancellations for Career Communiqué subscriptions are governed by Substack's refund policy.

6. User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Use our services for harmful or fraudulent activity

• Copy, share, or resell our intellectual property without permission

• Reproduce, distribute, or repurpose materials from our Resource Center, Career Communiqué publication, or podcast episodes without explicit written permission

• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

All content on this site—including text, images, downloads, course materials, templates, branding, Career Communiqué publication content, and podcast episodes—is owned by Geneèn Wright HQ unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Career Communiqué subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access content for individual use only. Sharing subscription access or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
