I am Geneèn Wright, a workforce strategist. I spent decades inside global institutions managing workforce planning and people strategy at scale. What I learned is that structural literacy, like knowing how power flows, how decisions are actually made, and how patterns repeat across industries and eras, is the single most underleveraged leadership skill.
