For Organizations

Your managers are leading through conditions the org chart never planned for.

Your organization will reach a point where the work, the leadership, and the systems stop lining up: a wave of new managers, a reorg, a succession, or AI moving through core workflows faster than roles can follow. I help leaders read what those conditions are producing and build the management infrastructure to meet them.

  • High performers promoted into management with a title, a team, and very little structure

  • A succession plan that has never been pressure-tested against the business as it runs today

  • A merger, restructure, or leadership change that shifted how authority moves

  • AI reshaping the work underneath the management layer before roles and pipelines have caught up

  • A performance system producing paperwork in place of growth

The work

How I work

I immerse before I diagnose. Fifteen years inside global holding companies and founder-led firms taught me to read how systems function beyond how they are documented, and my grounding in organizational anthropology gives me the method to name what I see. Labor history is the case file: every workforce disruption has a precedent, and knowing it separates what is structural from what is situational.

AI Readiness & Workforce Design Framework

A strategic guide for leaders assessing whether the infrastructure around AI adoption is keeping pace with the investment. Use it to examine readiness across workforce design, governance, training, measurement, and the systems that need to carry the change.
