Who this is for

People who lead teams, or who build the systems other people lead inside. If you have ever watched a capable leader succeed in one organization and stall in the next, this session is about why that happens. Before we meet You will receive the Leadership Patterns field guide, complimentary access to the Leadership Pattern Assessment, and the in-session worksheets. Budget about forty minutes for pre-work. The second half of the session works from your assessment results.
